Send GH₵ 50 via Mobile Money to 0595042754 (Wins Montessori School). Use the child’s full name as the MoMo payment reference.

Get your 4-digit access code
Call or WhatsApp the school on 0532593207 with the same child’s full name. Office staff will issue a one-time 4-digit code.

Complete the application
Unlock with your code and the child’s name, fill the form, and submit. You can save progress and continue later with the same code.

What you will need
- Learner’s full name, date of birth, and class applying for
- Father, mother, and/or guardian contact details
- Passport photos (child + parents/guardian) — camera or gallery
- Medical report if the child has known health conditions
- Two emergency telephone numbers
